Plaintiffs James and Gloria Stewart bring this action to recover for injuries and losses they sustained when Defendant Larry G. Ramsey, an employee of Defendant Mitchell Transport, was driving a tractor-trailer and rear-ended Plaintiff James Stewart’s automobile.
