Defendant, Geraldine A. Rivera, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding her guilty of one count of securities fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and one count of sale of an unregistered security. Defendant also appeals the denial of her Crim. P. 85(c) postconviction motion asserting ineffective assistance of counsel.
