JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION Defendant-appellant, Jeffrey Jefferson, appeals the decision of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, which sentenced him to consecutive terms of imprisonment following convictions for felonious assault and attempted felonious assault. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's decision in part but vacate appellant's sentence and remand for resentencing.
