OPINION Defendant-appellant, Ronald Smith (Smith), appeals from the July 23, 2001 judgment entry of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty of violating R.C. 2923.12, carry a concealed weapon, and further sentencing him to seventeen months incarceration. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
