DECISION {¶ 1} On February 19, 2002, relator, Daniel Bledsoe, instituted this original action in mandamus seeking an order from this court directing respondent Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission") to vacate an order denying relator permanent total disability compensation, and to issue a new or amended order based upon the evidence properly before the commission.
