JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION {¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Cary Corporation dba United Insulation Company, appeals the decision of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court granting summary judgment to defendant-appellee, William Linder, on appellant's complaint for, inter alia, breach of employment agreement. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
