OPINION Plaintiff-appellant, Alan J. Robertson, appeals from the August 27, 2001 judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, granting defendant-appellee's, Ohio Adult Parole Authority ("OAPA"), Civ.R. 12(B)(6) motion to dismiss. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court. The following facts are taken from appellant's complaint.
