JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION Defendant-Appellant, The City of Cleveland (the "City") appeals the decision of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas reversing the order of the Civil Service Commission (the "Commission") affirming the finding that police officer Timothy Ward ("Ward") failed to establish residency in the City of Cleveland. For the foregoing reasons, we affirm.
