DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY {¶ 1} In this appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, appellant, Wayne W., the natural father of Jehosephat, born June 19, 1998, contends that the trial court erred in adjudicating Jehosephat a dependent and neglected child and awarding temporary custody to appellee, Lucas County {¶ 2} Children Services ("LCCS").
