JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Steve Vlahopoulos, appeals the sentencing by the trial court and claims that the trial court's imposition of consecutive terms of incarceration is disproportionate under the sentencing guidelines and constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.
