This cause was heard upon the record in the trial court. Each error assigned has been reviewed and the following disposition is made: {¶ 1} E. William Glause, III ("Appellant" appeals from a judgment rendered in favor of First Merit Bank, N.A. ("Appellee") by the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. We affirm. I. {¶ 2} Appellant was the majority shareholder and president of World Metals, Inc.
