DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY {¶ 1} Dennis Palmer appeals the Highland County Common Pleas Court's denial of his pre-sentence motion to withdraw his guilty plea under Crim.R. 32.1. Palmer contends that he is innocent of the charge that was dismissed as part of the plea agreement and he wants a jury trial on that charge.
