— The 1997 collective bargaining agreement between Todd Shipyards and Puget Sound Metal Trades Council provided for a one-time retroactive contract ratifi*406cation incentive payment to certain unionized employees at Todd, in the amount of $0.60 per attendance hour during the period covered by the retroactive payment.
