OPINION

MILLER, Judge.

Dandra Gober brings this appeal from a June 27, 2001 order of the Jefferson Circuit Court. We reverse and remand.

*888The facts are these: -In May 1991, the Jefferson County Grand Jury returned an indictment against appellant charging her with one count of capital murder. Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) 507.020.
