ORDER

On March 18, 2001, when the Carbon-dale, Illinois, police officers arrested Ray Pugh on an outstanding arrest warrant they discovered 6.5 grams of crack cocaine in his car. Pugh later pleaded guilty to possessing more than five grams of cocaine base with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & 841(b)(1)(B) and was sentenced to 235 months’ imprisonment.
