Judith McConnell, who is over 40 years old, appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of her former employer, the Ritz-Carlton Watertower, on her claim that Ritz-Carlton fired her in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34.
