ORDER

In May 2001 Pablo Rodriguez pleaded guilty to one count of possessing three kilograms of cocaine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court sentenced him to 136 months’ incarceration to run concurrently with a state prison sentence, and four years’ supervised release. The court also imposed a $1000 fine and a $100 special assessment.
