STATEMENT OF THE CASE AND FACTS

The Department of Public Safety and Corrections (DPSC) appeals a juvenile court’s judgment which, while it suspends a commitment, places S.D., a sixteen-year-old juvenile, in the custody of the DPSC as a condition of probation. The DPSC also complains that the disposition fails to specify any term of commitment to the DPSC.
