¶ 1. Robert Margerum filed suit against Bud’s Mobile Homes, Inc. (Bud’s), Belmont Homes, Inc. (Belmont), and Green Point Credit (Green Point) in the Circuit Court of Pearl River County when several specially-ordered items to accompany his manufactured home purchase were not delivered and defects in materials and workmanship in the home were discovered.
