The issue in this appeal is whether there was sufficient evidence to support defendant’s conviction for first-degree murder.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Elton Coleman was charged by bill of indictment with first-degree murder in violation of La. R.S. 14:30(A)(3)’. At his arraignment he pled not guilty.
