Claimant appeals a determination of the workers’ compensation judge that she failed to prove a work-related injury and denying penalties and attorney fees.

FACTS

Tiffany Lester was a general manager in training for Villa Pizza. On November 13, 1999, she injured her left foot in a nightclub parking lot. The injury did not occur in the course and scope of her employment.
