RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Ivon E. Yates (Yates) appeals his sentence for forcibly assaulting two federal officers in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111 (2000) and for violating the terms of his supervised release. While attempting to arrest Yates on a supervised release violation warrant, two United States Marshals blocked Yates’s truck with their vehicle.
