HARRIS, Judge:

Following mixed pleas, Appellant was convicted of rape and false swearing, in violation of Articles 120 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 920 and 934. A general court-martial panel consisting of officer members adjudged a sentence of confinement for 1 year, reduction to pay grade E-l, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a dishonorable discharge.
