West Virginia Court of Claims October 10, 2002, CC-01-106 (Myers v. Division of Highways)

PER CURIAM:

Claimant brought this action for damage to his 1993 Mitsubishi G.T. which occurred when he was operating his vehicle on the Interstate 77 northbound ramp, Exit 119, near Goldtown, Jackson County, and the vehicle struck a metal plate in the road. Respondent was responsible at all times herein for the maintenance of Exit 119.
