MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is Defendant’s “Motion to Allow Late Notice of Filing of Appeal,” presumably pursuant to Rules 4 and 5 of the Virgin *267Islands Rules of Appellate Procedure. Because this Court does not have jurisdiction to entertain a request for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal, Defendant’s Motion shall be denied.
