Plaintiff, Diane Connelly, Special Administrator of the Estate of her deceased husband, John Connolly (“decedent”), filed a three-count complaint in Illinois state court against defendant, Volvo Trucks North America, Inc., the manufacturer of the allegedly defective vehicle that caused decedent’s death.
