DOMINGUEZ, District Judge.

On October 31, 2001 this Court dismissed Plaintiffs complaint and entered Judgment, awarding also costs and attorney’s fees in favor of Defendants. (Docket Nos. 58 & 59). On November 30, 2001 Defendants filed a motion requesting that the Court impose upon counsel for Plaintiffs the responsibility of paying the attorneys’ fees, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P.
