We granted certiorari to determine whether the Court of Appeals erred by reversing the trial court’s decision granting Helping Hands, Inc.’s summary judgment motion.

Cunningham v. Helping Hands, Inc.,

346 S.C. 253, 550 S.E.2d 872 (Ct.App.2001). We affirm as modified.
