CALABRIA, Judge.
On 24 October 1998, St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church (“St. Mark’s”) held their annual Halloween festival on a farm owned by H. Allen Sloop (“Allen Sloop”). As part of the festivities, St. Mark’s organized a hayride for the younger members or guests attending the event.
