Diane Thornton appeals from an order of the Elmore Circuit Court, protesting her termination from employment as a bus driver for the Elmore County school system. We dismiss the appeal. This case has been before this court previously. The background of the case is discussed in Elmore County Board of Education v.Thornton, 839 So.2d 658 (Ala.Civ.App. 2002).
