Georgina Yvonne Stephens (“Stephens”) appeals from the bankruptcy court

order denying Stephens’ motion for an order sustaining a homestead exemption in her husband’s bankruptcy case. We have jurisdiction over this appeal from the final order and judgment of the bankruptcy court.
