The movant herein, Citicorp Trust Bank, formerly known as Citifinancial Services Inc. and Associates Finance Inc. (“Citi-corp”), has motioned for an annulment of the automatic stay in the case of chapter 13 debtor Earsline Giddens (“Giddens”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) for “cause.
