Plaintiff, Stratford West Homeowners Association (Stratford), filed an insurance claim with defendant, Country Mutual Insurance Company (Country Mutual), for damages sustained to Stratford’s condominium buildings during a hailstorm. The parties agreed to participate in an appraisal to determine the amount of loss.
