The defendants appeal and the plaintiff cross-appeals from a district court ruling on the plaintiffs demand for a jury trial. The district court granted a jury trial as to one issue, but denied it as to another. The defendants were granted an interlocutory appeal, and the plaintiff cross-appealed.
