MEMORANDUM ORDER

Granting the Defendants’ Motion to Apply Forfeiture to Restitution

URBINA, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND

This criminal action comes before the court on the defendants’ motion requesting that the court offset the victim’s restitution award against the total amount that the government remitted to the victim. Defs.’ Mot. at 1.
