Appellants Pat and Nancy Trebeseh agreed to sell a horse to Appellees Michael and Belinda Morris. After Appel-lees paid a portion of the purchase price, Appellants sold the horse to another buyer. Appellees sued for the return of their money, alleging breach of contract and conversion.
