Plaintiff Donnie Allen (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against BP Corporation North America, Inc., BP Amoco Corporation, and BP Exploration & Production, Inc. (collectively, “BP” or “BP Defendants”) alleging that the BP Defendants are partially responsible for the injuries Plaintiff sustained while working offshore.
