Plaintiff Patricia Clark brings this action against defendant Whirlpool Corporation (“Whirlpool”) claiming disability discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in violation of Ohio Revised Code § 4112.01

et seq.

This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C.. § 1332. Pending is defendant’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56.
