Plaintiff Raed Agha, of Arab descent, brings a discrimination action against his former employer, Rational Software Corporation, alleging disparate treatment and hostile work environment following the events of September 11, 2001. Before the court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment (# 34) and defendant’s motion to strike (# 51).
