QUARLES, District Judge.

BACKGROUND

The Plaintiff, Neal Smith (“Mr.Smith”), sued the Defendant, Continental Casualty Company (“Continental”), for wrongful denial of his claim for long-term disability benefits, pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”).
