I. INTRODUCTION

The petitioner, Richard Clark (“Clark”), has brought a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Having pled guilty to,

inter alia,

fifteen counts of larceny, Clark now challenges the sentence he received as violative of the Ex Post Facto clause of the United States Constitution.
