MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

PLATT, District Judge.

Defendant Starbucks Coffee Company (“Starbucks” or “Defendant”) moves for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, dismissing the Complaint of Plaintiff Deborah Wurtzel (“Wurtzel” or “Plaintiff’). Defendant also seeks to preclude the testimony of Plaintiffs proposed expert, Robert I. Goldberg, Ph.D.
