On February 27, 2001, Mutual Marine Offices, Inc. (“MMO”) commenced an arbitration against Banco de Seguros del Esat-do (“Banco”) for breach of contract. During the proceedings, the arbitration panel (the “Panel”) issued two interim orders in favor of MMO.
