MEMORANDUM ORDER

Defendant John D. Gioioso moves the Court (a) to compel the two corporate plaintiffs to arbitrate Counts 7, 8, and 9 of the Complaint and (b) to dismiss those claims as to him. The Hon. Thomas P. Griesa, to whom this case is otherwise assigned, referred the motion to this Court, sitting in Part I, so that it could be expeditiously resolved in his absence.
