This matter is before the court on defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiffs petition to compel arbitration (Doc. # 6).

The court heard oral argument on Wednesday, October 22, 2003. Peter J. Stav-ros represented the petitioner, National Home Insurance Company. Thomas W. Rumpke represented the respondents, Todd and Cheryl King, who also were present.
