OPINION

DAVIS, Judge:

{1 Defendant Rodolfo Sotolongo appeals from a zero- to five-year prison sentence imposed following his guilty plea to third degree felony aggravated assault. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-103(8) (1999). We affirm.
