Marian Dawson sued Dr. Sandra Prager and The Menninger Clinic, Inc. (Menninger), alleging negligence and other

wrongs in her psychiatric care and treatment. Defendants counterclaimed for unpaid medical bills. On defendants’ motions, the trial court entered summary judgment on all issues against Dawson and in favor of defendants.
