[¶1] Todd Gomez appeals from his conviction for aggravated assault and battery under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-2-502(a)(iv) and (b) (LexisNexis 2001). He claims prosecuto-rial misconduct occurred when the state elicited testimony concerning victim impact.
