OPINION
Per Curiam:
Clark County School District (CCSD) contracted with appellant Harris Associates for construction work. When disputes arose between the parties, Harris requested that those disputes be submitted to arbitration. The CCSD rejected Harris’s request, and Harris filed an action to compel arbitration, arguing that NRS 338.
