OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Joshua Hale, appeals his conviction for rape following a jury trial in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas. We affirm the trial court's decision. {¶ 2} Hale was convicted of rape, with the specification that he used force or threatened to use force to commit the crime for using an object to penetrate the vagina of two-year-old M.D. M.D.
